How do I get access?
We're onboarding in small batches from the waitlist. Join on the home page and you'll get a personal invite when your spot opens.

How do I connect my watch?
During the private beta we set your connection up with you directly, so there is nothing to link yourself. Your invite email explains what we need. Garmin is the source we support best today, and Google Health Connect, Oura and Whoop are next.

How do I export my data?
Profile, then Your data, then download as JSON (everything) or CSV (activities). One click, any time.

How do I delete my account?
Email us and we'll remove your data promptly. See the Privacy Policy.
